Project - Gallatin Limestone Plant
Located in Gallatin County KY, this large plant, containing over 100 motors, has an output of 90 tons of treated limestone an hour. We supplied three 40' containers containing 5 mcc's for electrical supply to the different locations of the plant.
With soft-starts as large as 700H.P. for the id fans, located at the baghouse. This job required full automation and allowed for simple operation after construction. The plant operator could simply hit the start button and the entire plant would be fully functional. As you can see, Busy Bee Electric, finished the 5 MCC's, container components, automation, engineering, design drawings, and field wiring in a timely and clean manner.
